Paano mag-book ng tour?
Pumili ng tour, piliin ang schedule, punan ang participant details, at magbayad via GCash, Maya, or card. Makakareceive ka ng confirmation email after successful payment.
Pwede ba mag-book for someone else?
Oo naman! Pwede kang mag-book for friends or family. Just make sure na tama ang participant details na ibibigay mo.
Gaano kaaga dapat mag-book?
Depende sa organizer. Usually may booking deadline na nakalagay sa tour details - usually 3-7 days before the trip.
Anong payment methods ang accepted?
GCash, Maya (PayMaya), credit/debit cards, at online banking via PayMongo.
Safe ba mag-pay online?
Yes! We use PayMongo, a BSP-licensed payment processor. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
May additional fees ba?
Mayroon kaming 5% service fee na naka-display sa checkout. Walang hidden fees.
Paano mag-cancel ng booking?
Pwede kang mag-cancel sa iyong dashboard. Ang refund ay depende sa cancellation policy ng organizer (flexible, moderate, or strict).
Kailan ako makakatanggap ng refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Paano kung ma-cancel ng organizer ang trip?
Full refund if cancelled by organizer. We'll also help you find alternative tours if available.
Paano maging organizer?
Sign up, submit your verification documents (valid ID, business permit if applicable), at hintayin ang approval within 24-48 hours.
Magkano ang fees for organizers?
We charge a 10% platform fee from each booking. Joiners pay the 5% service fee separately.
Paano mareceive ang payout?
Payouts are sent within 3-5 days after trip completion via GCash or bank transfer.
