By accessing or using TripSulit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. Description of Service
TripSulit is a marketplace that connects tour organizers with travelers (joiners). We facilitate bookings and payments but are not the tour operator ourselves.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Bookings and Payments
When you book a tour, you enter into an agreement with the organizer. TripSulit processes payments on behalf of organizers and charges a 5% service fee.
- All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP)
- Payments are processed through PayMongo
- Refunds follow the organizer's cancellation policy
5. Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers agree to:
- Provide accurate tour information
- Deliver services as described
- Maintain proper safety standards
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
6. Joiner Responsibilities
Joiners agree to:
- Provide accurate personal information
- Follow organizer instructions and safety guidelines
- Arrive at designated meeting points on time
- Treat organizers and fellow joiners with respect
7. Cancellations
Cancellation policies are set by individual organizers (flexible, moderate, or strict). Please review the policy before booking.
8. Limitation of Liability
TripSulit is a marketplace platform. We are not liable for the actions of organizers or the quality of tours. We do not guarantee that tours will meet your expectations.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on TripSulit, including logos, text, and images, is our property or licensed to us. You may not use our content without permission.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
